Delivery & Returns
Willow's standard product lead time is 3 working days for inventory located in Halifax, but we normally endeavour to deliver within 24 hours. This may be extended due to any credit card processing issues that may arise as part of an e-commerce transaction.
Delivery will be from Willow's distribution facilities in Halifax. Please contact your Customer Services Advisor for questions regarding shipment of your order. All deliveries will be by ground transport unless otherwise stated within your purchase order. Title and risk of loss will pass on delivery to the carrier. Willow will not be liable for shipment delays of any kind beyond its control. All delivery charges will be invoiced to the customer.
In order to return defective goods, please send a fax to us detailing the following detals:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Telephone and Fax Numbers
- Order Number
- Date
- Item Model
- Model Number
- Description
- Fault
- Serial Number; and
- Purchase Date
In addition to this please submit the original form with the goods for dispatch to Willow Print Technologies Ltf. Please be advised that Willow Print Technologies will not accept any items without a form detailing the information as listed above, and reserve the right to refuse requests. Damage caused in transit will be the responsiblity of the sender, it is strongly advised that items are returned in their original packaging.

Payment & Pricing
Willow Print Technologies. payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of Willow Print Technologies. Failure to comply with our payment terms may result wth loss of discounts to the customer and an additional invoice will be issued.
Credit limits will be agreed in writing, failure to meet our payment terms and or exceed credit limits may result in suspension of deliveries/accounts until the acount has been brought back in line.
Willow reserve the right to:
- Refuse applications for credit
- Reduce credit terms
- Charge interest at 4% above Barclays base rate on overdue accounts.
- Change payment terms or close the account without notice. All orders thereafter will require payment in advance.
